IP for gifting?
Rito you should make it where you can gift champions to your friends if they are lv30 since I know a guy who has almost 100k ip but has nothing to do with it also icons that are currently purchasable in the store

riot is a business they lose money that way there are tons of players with no use for IP anymore
this would create a black market really fast where u can buy champs for money but less money than riot wants
