Riot Lied To Me

So basically a while back I wanted to know the contents that I refunded. So I sent a ticket, I'm not gonna share the whole thing, but I will copy paste the gist of what happened so you can understand.

I start out with this exact ticket:

"I know I used all 3 of my refunds, but I don't quite remember what I used them on. Can you please tell me what refunded?"

The first response that support gave me started with this:

"I can definitely tell you the contents that you refunded."

Then they asked me to give them a shit load of information, which I did do, and after I gave them all of the information, I get back with this response:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to divulge these types of information to Summoners. This is a very sensitive detail of which we consider as confidential."

Now I would understand if you told me that in the first place, but the first response I got was that I can DEFINITELY be told the contents that I refunded.

This is my problem, and I just wanted to address it.
