Been stuck in silver for 2 seasons, how to climb?

I've been playing league for 2.5 years and over the last 2 years I have gotten into ranked, now over the course of my first season i managed to climb from bronze 5 to silver 3. Now as this season ends I find myself in the same position, but I have not climbed at all, instead I have stayed at the same rank. I mained jungle my first season and adc this season, I've found adc to be much more enjoyable.

I've tried to learn more advanced techniques like kiting, zoning / positioning, wave control. But whenever i get on a streak I win 5 - 9 games in a row, maybe climbing to high s2, then crashing back down to s4, and even s5 in some instances.

So my question to the higher elo league community is this. What things do you notice in lower elo players, assuming you play against them, that you as a higher elo player would think could be changed.

I'm essentially asking based on your observation of lower elo adc players, what are the main things people could improve on, besides cs'ing.

Any feedback is appreciated :D

Not dying and positioning mainly low Elo die so much Learn to 1v2 when your support roams or tell them to roam if they are unneeded in lane Know the limits of your champion

Frankly if your trying to solo Queue (climb out of silver). Make sure you whole team or hopefully two of you fellow teamamtes buys pink wardsitem 2043 as support or Jg still pick upitem 2043 but than use this as your own trinket item 3364. The majority of my deaths are from taking risk which i have no choice but to do so since my wards are spread out & no one else on my team ever buy pinks wards. I may have to start camping it out, but i'm not taking on 1 vs 4.

Hilariously enough, first make sure you're taking care of yourself. Get sleep, healthy food, and water. Take breaks when you've lost about 2 games in a row.

Next, try to learn the basics of mechanics, but be more concerned with knowledge of the game. Ranges, minions advantage, map awareness, objective awareness. These things take 0 mechanical skill. You only need to know a lot and think quickly.

Don't Die. Just don't do it. If you can't win the all in and can't trade well, cede as much cs as necessary. If you're getting experience, that alone will mitigate some of your losses. However, death really messes you up.

Close the Game when ahead. This means you may have to step up and start shot calling if no one else is doing it.

Be able to see when your opponents don't know how to close. These are the games where comebacks are most likely.

Work as a team. When a decision is made, make like Azir . THE ORDER IS GIVEN. This means commit to the plays the majority of your team decides on. Hesitation sows the seeds of defeat. Even if you think there is a better course of action, if people are listening to someone else, go with it. A suboptimal choice is still beneficial. Throwing by failing to work together is not.

Ward. There are plenty of videos telling people to do this. Pinks are no cheaper as well. NO excuses here. Unless the excuse is, I don't want to win.

Know your job. I main top, so I'm not going to be able to lecture you too well, but I can tell you what I appreciate in an adc. Do as much dmg as possible WITHOUT risking your life. You're not an assassin. Let the fed riven jump the back line. This doesn't mean to not help if your team gets a catch. Just fight knowing that with all that ad and atk speed you have, you can take objectives like turrets and inhibs a lot faster than anyone else.

Watch your support in lane. A good support will ask you before they go and and ward river and tri and drag. However, if they don't, you're now open to a world of hurt, unless you were staying vigilant and backed up when you saw them leave.

That's all I got right now. good luck next season!
