Yo peeps, I am buying a new laptop with a budget of 700 dollars. What is the best laptop I can buy that can run League smoothly. Thxs in advance.

I wouldn't recommend playing on a laptop. It's just unnecessarily harder to play on a laptop and a laptop will never beat a pc in terms of price-performance ratio.
Desktop is better. But if you insist on going the budget gaming laptop route watch this video:

What other needs do you have for it, or are you just wanting a portable, game-capable rig?
Read the recommended specs and try to meet or exceed that.
All i can say is:
Don't cheap out on AMD. You will disappoint yourself one day with the way the world works.
Also, what settings are you looking to run on? my $500 laptop runs smooth as possible, but its on lowest settings.
