Is the WW rework already in the works?

It's the only reasonable explanation for why these textures appeared on the PBE. It can't be a new WW skin because he's getting reworked and thus it wouldn't make sense. I mean they could have finished the model's textures but that seems like a weird thing to do before he was in full production.
