@RIOT| Low Priority Queue can be drastically improved
'm currently in Low Priority Queue because my net provider cut off at 12:00 unannounced twice whilst I was in a ranked game.
Firstly I would like all reading this to know that I am not trying to make the Low Priority Queue less of a punishment just trying to make it more user friendly.

After waiting the given time penalty, I was wondering if it was possible not to auto force the person into the queue after the time has elapsed, but instead let them enter queue manually when they're ready. That way they don't accidentally miss it and be forced to wait another time penalty again. I usually time it but when it finishes isn't always 100% convenient all the time and sometimes I might have to do something for just 3 minutes extra. Also if you can play a sound after the time has elapsed as well please, something similar to the sound after patching that would be awesome.

Can you allow people to speak to their friends during the queue wait time please? Because sometimes I'm 10 minutes in and someone tells me something but I can't do anything until my time has elapsed or I have to start all over again. Also something useful would be having the person's persons status change to something like this.
