Leaver Buster Timer

Sooo I get that putting leavers on a timer is needed an all but not being able to do anything but look at that message while waiting on the timer for someone else in the party to end is kind of annoying. Changing it to a sorta background deal so we can at least be reworking our runes/masteries or do some shopping while waiting for it to end...thoughts?
