Malphite Q on Morde

Might be a bug, but Malphite Q when used on Morde gives almost no movement speed.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Play Malphite
2. have an enemy Morde
3. Use Malphite Q on morde...

Oh wait that is not a bug, its just Mordes movement speed is so low malphite doesn't get anything out of it.
