Looking for Duo ranked and Teacher

Hi I want to find someone to not only duo ranked with me and get us both ranked up a bit but also someone that can give me pointers or tips. I pref someone who is silver 1 or above. Not paying you anything but my awesomeness and the fun time we will have playing but would appreciate someone that can carry so I can learn along the way.
