Problem with Leaverbuster

For people that leave because they accidentally ran out of time to play, it is stupid. Normally you have to find a 1 hour block to play in. With leaverbuster you have to find 1 hour and 20 minutes, raising your chance of having to leave. You could punish the leavers in other ways that won't force them into leaving more.
