I'm looking for a Desktop that'll play Mabinogi, League and The Sims 4 (Various other games but mainly these 3 games) On High or Ultra High Setting....

... But, I'm not good at all reading and figuring out whats good and whats not good. I've tried but I get way too confused... :(

Here's the System Requirement Page for the Sims 4

My Budget is 1,200 Dollars though I can go over just not up in the 2,000 dollar range. Thanks in advance for helping my Newbie ass! I really appreciate it!

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/ I've heard they have a pretty good reputation.

1200 should land you a really decent pc, check this one out too. http://www.tomsguide.com/us/best-gaming-pc,review-2219.html

You want at least 8 gigs of Ram.

If you are wondering GPU (graphics card) you can compare them here http://gpuboss.com/compare-gpus

CPU is important too but not as much as ram and GPU unless you are playing games that depend more on CPU, or multitasking. So getting a decent CPU will save you some money to pour into a superior GPU.

I've been using the same CPU I5 quad core for 5 years now and its still good enough, I did upgrade my graphics card. And my 16 gig ram doesn't give out yet either. What I've noticed so far is that the advancements haven't really hit high ceilings yet, so its not really worth it to dump a truckload of money for a marginal increase at best. Most games are poorly optimised, which means your supercomputer won't even matter.

Yeah, I see that.

Okay, here's what you do. You spend some time and you make a list of the games you would ever want to play. Not those ones you listed; pick the ones you might want to play some day that are the newest and most graphically intensive. You take those games and look up those games' recommended specifications (and equivalent benchmarks, if you want to get into it). You then get an equivalent set of parts that are equal to or greater than the specs and benchmarks you want.

So take some time and think of games you want to play some day. Because those, for Mabinogi and the Sims 4, it's giving me, like, entry-level cards from 10+years ago and anything you get would be good enough for those.

My Budget is 1,200 Dollars though I can go over just not up in the 2,000 dollar range.

....unless, you really want to run League at 600FPS for some reason.

You would save a lot of money by just building your own. They are pretty easy to build, don't let all the parts intimidate you, I did my first build at 12. You can watch a youtube video on your phone and pretty much figure it out.
