Is Leaguecraft dying?

There's barely any people who are active on the site. Trolls are running amok in the custom skin section. There's an obsolete button to search a person's "Smite" content, which is odd because Leaguecraft is exclusively a LOL website. I recently noticed that you can't download skins from that site anymore if you have ad block enabled. Thankfully you can disable your adblock to be able to download content, but the rest of the website's problems can't be remedied so easily.
