NEW CHAMPION (Lightning God)

I've "ALWAYS" been a fan of Characters with lightning powers.. From MK (Raiden) to Dota 2 (Zues) & World of Warcraft (Shaman). When I started playing League though there really was no Champion with Lighting abilities other than maybe Kennen & Voli Bear which imo doesn't really fit the criteria of like let's say a Lightning God.

I Think it would be cool to have a Champion strictly based off Lightning Abilities and Affects.

Maybe something like this..

Passive- Builds up electricity, at 100 the next basic attack does a chain lightning affect like Static Shiv but doesn't Crit. Q- Shoots a lightening Bolt ( can either be a skill shot or targetable or even an area target like Nami Q) W- Chain lightning , targets up to 3 targets within a certain range like static shive just more damage and longer range E- Lightning Teleport - Kinda Like Ezeral teleport

R- Thunderstorm, Brings down a lightning storm of damage anywhere on the map- Kinda like Karthus Ult or Maybe even Gankplanks.

And of course would be AP scaled
