Leavebuster wait time?

Hey guys! I was wanting to play some ranked, but unfortunately during my last game, my internet was restarted (thanks to my brothers,) and I wasn't able to reconnect it time. Now usually this isn't a big deal but I have literally waited almost 20 minutes for a bronze game after my five minute wait time.(I've disconnected and reconnected twice already with the same results.)
