Client UI smoothness improvement?

Yeah, basically what the title says.

Recently Riot's been killing it in terms of graphics and visuals. The new Rift and new launcher looks beastly and all, and don't even get me started on the waves of Texture/visual updates and stuff. However, one of the most essential parts of the game experience is the client. I started playing in S3 so I'm not a veteran, but I am pretty sure that the runes/masteries/champions/ and just the profile pages have never gotten a visual update. I feel like now would be a nice time to give it that treatment. We even got summoner cards (or whatever they're called) and fancy launcher, but the runes/masteries/champion/profile pages are still laggy and clunky. So please, maybe upgrade the visuals and the effects of the client Riot?

Edit: Oh, and the shop. IMO we should be able to buy runes from the runes page and not have to go all the way to the laggy shop to buy runes.
