The Ribbons Theories

Hi,

Just wanted to share some info about the LoL Ribbons (they way i understand so far with the time i have played) plus some wacko theories:

Red, Green, Yellow & Blue ribbons. I have seen these. From those, i have owned Yellow and Green.

Yellow can be achieved by having 5 useful points, 5 friendly points, and 15 teamwork points. So basically, you can maintain it with a 1/3 ratio from useful and friendly taking as basis the teamwork points. However, it still eludes me one variable: don't know if being a real 'carry leader' (by repetitive match stats) influences this.

Green is easily obtained by the sum of teamwork points and useful points i believe. Can't give an exact quantity to achieve this. Don't know IF responding by pinging your teammates 'assist flags' with 'on my way responses' influences this.

Red is easy, just needs honorable opponent points and maybe some friendly points.

Blue ribbon is a tricky one. However i believe it is obtained by having useful points and friendly points over teamwork points. Can't give an exact quantity to achieve this.

  1. There are 4 usually seen (ribbons), however, it is said there are 5 in existence: if we add the "elusive Purple Ribbon". However again, if we take a deeper close, we can see another pattern: The colors used are the primary colors plus the combination of them: the secondary colors

Yellow, Blue and Red are the basic/primary colors, while Green and Purple (magenta), are the secondary.

Green is the combination of Blue and Yellow. This one may follow the logic - Useful points plus teamwork points. Purple is the combination of Blue and Red (in theory). This one... it is said that no one has ever gained it, so, can't really assure if it follows the logic of the Blue ribbon points or the Red ribbon points.

-Wacko theories & beyond-

I been thinking, that there might be an elusive Orange ribbon (one that has never ever been revealed) - Red & Yellow.

Orange ribbon: Needs honorable opponent points, and needs to maintain the 1/3 ratio that i explained above. however can't really test this (due to the way points are acquired), & also cause the quantity of honorable points needed is unknown. And even more alsos: can't measure a 'ratio' between Honorable points ratio's and Yellow ribbon ratio's to fit in a kind of balance. However, there's just the possibility that might be there... just like the purple one is.

Any share or thoughts are appreciated. If anyone has any ratio's or numbers to share, please do. I just want to fill my curiosity.

Cheers.
