20 minute banning.

Dear Riot,

My username is epicfrog69 and I have recently been banned for leaving a game that I could not join back into due to my internet connections. I believe it is unfair to ban me because of that, because I tried to join back in but I couldn't. There is a difference in quitting because you have to leave or because you don't want to play and I fully support the idea of banning someone when that happens, but when someone tries to join back in the game and they are not able to I think it is unfair to ban them. Please un ban me, as this whole banning thing is getting really annoying. Thank You
