Can some of the champion spotlights be re-done?

Some champions have either out-dated or unreliable spotlights due to changes they had. Is it possible to remake them for some of the older champions? Such as Deathfire Grasp being recommended for some of them(Karthus and many other mages) , Or an attack changed Slightly(Veiger)

Thinking Zilean was the best example, I tried to check him up and it turns out he dosnt even have one. That's Definitly one that has to be 'Re-made'
