I previously made a thread about how dragon should only grant 3 stacks because Herald gives 5.

While that's not exactly what happened:

Stacks on Rift Herald: 5 -> 2

Anyone who downvoted my other thread because they were devourer-jungler players thread has now lost the argument.

This was a very good decision on Riot's part.
