Leaver Buster is too harsh!

So, today I was a about to head into a ranked game when the fifth player on our team decided he was gonna go AD Ezreal "Support" because someone already locked in jungle which was what he wanted. After that, everyone in the lobby proceeded to cuss the crap outta everyone else. So I dodged to avoid this situation. What really got to me is that some people actually have to leave because theres always that someone in their lobby who screws everything up for them. I got banned for 30 mins unable to join queue and got a 10LP reduction. Last season, if you dodged for the first time in a day, then you only lost 3 lp and got a 5 min ban. Now its no more chances, a straight 10LP reduction and a 30 min ban.
