Just got beat pretty bad in laning phase...

And that is okay. It happens sometimes. No matter how many hours you put into this game, everyone can have a bad game. So please, next time a teammate is losing lane, do not flame them more than you thought possible. Offer encouragement and try and help them. This is a team game, so might as well try and be social and nice people.
