Suggestion: Rearrangable Rune and Mastery Tabs

Simple Idea: Design the tabs in Runes and Mastery's to be easily rearranged by click and dragging. It would be pleasing to many to easily rearrange them. Drag and drop.

Coming with the new client. The current one doesn't have the tech to support it.
