Suggestion for Chat Rooms

I'm tired of summoners being inactive in chat rooms and filling up the spots when those who actually need or want to use the chat room are locked out because the room is too full.

I think there needs to be a system that kicks the inactive summoners (5-10 minutes of inactivity) from the chat room. Having the chat open or just clicking on or in the window should have no effect on the summoner's inactivity timer. The summoner will need to type and enter something in the chat room in order to reset their inactivity timer.

I think this system would do a lot of good.
