Toxic And Fun?

Well hello Summoners!

I have thought about the toxic players and league, there are many and riot has tried to fix this and they did for many player, but i still see many players using this, could this be just people not reporting anymore because there not seeing any changes in the toxic levels? like there getting used to seeing toxic players. well i just wanted other players to see if they felt the same way, i am not calling anyone out, and i have been toxic a few times myself and i don't feel like i need to, but i have issues in my life but soon as i am not mad anymore i feel sorry for what i have done i don't feel that, that should be that way i should of acted but this is a competitive game, i like what riot does when they let out these little game modes that are fun and i don't see nearly as much toxic people in these mini games. i think that there should be a permanent mini game that people can just get away from the so competitive side of league, and i think it would help players take a break so they don't "tilit" as they say, i think this would be something fresh as a new map or the same old Summoners Rift map.. i know many people will see this thread and leave right away because they see how much wrighing that i did but i think it was worth it for those people who cared about the game as much as i do.
