Champ and Skins Wishlist

Wasn't sure where else to put this thread so I'll put it here.

Since Riot is doing that Pool Party gifting thing, I thought it would be a nice suggestion to have a Champion and Skin Wishlist. That way, you know what to gift people without asking and making it super obvious.
