Dark harvest is literally inferior to electrocute for most of the game if you can reliably proc electro.
I Think Dark Harvest Works Just Fine alot of other runes doesnt seem to add anything cool to abilities besides comet or that other thing used for support to shield ally or burn enemy i think dark harvest does alot of new things great for more dmg in game just imagine if kleptomancy worked on abilities :^) that would be the butter on my toast
You can 50% any adc by picking ignite and dark harvest, not even memeing Edit: you just ignite them

The scaling on it is actually dogshit, so it totally works as a balanced pentakill rune.
the issue with it is the procs on ability part thats why everytone can get away with taking it

Well i dont think that is bad, but that the way u get them is bad and hard, for jg champs that used dark harvest in game now are just,nahh [slayer-jinx-unamused]
