Well not really. You just need to encounter them and a lot of skins u get for free.
If you do doom bots thats 5 skins guaranteed.
Well idk if the mission counts repeat skins, but you get riot girl tristana, dreadknigt garen, and unchained alistar for free.
But i dont get the logic exactly behind calling it pay2win. Pay to win means that i have to buy something in order to progress, but this mission requires that OTHER people have bought a skin, you just have to meet them.
Also what i dont get is: Counts 10 skins per game. But my skins wont count because it says i have to encounter others right? Dosent that mean the max i can encounter in 1 SR game is 9?
I know this is a joke but... dont hextech boxes make it possible to do this without spending any riot points?
