EDIT: Okay, I couldn't get it to work in a test. But it is a thing. When I was 1v5 AI, when I dc'd, it paused the game. Also, I think it works like a gamewide vote. (Actually, it might just be a tournament thing. which is explains why it says "Sending pause request" if you type it in.) I tested the situation of a 2v1 normal to pause and a 1+1 dc v 1 and neither worked. If you guys figure it out, let me know. If you don't know, I hope a resident Rioter can see this and explain the function's requirements.
