They’re definitely not weak. I think you need to build MR right off the bat. Kat is very bursty! Play on, man Katarina

they are pretty weak considering you can dive as a jungle at lvl3

That's nothing compared to a Leona at level 3 (who had 170+ Armor and Magic Resistance due to her W and Aftershock) and was able to tank 4-5 turret shots and I died because it was a Kai'Sa and Leona matchup.
