Cause why would you rework an already amazing kit? of all the attempts to make a swapping champ 
Elise is by far the best and the only success IMO. Her kit just works in both theme and gamplay. It's honestly rare for a champ to have as good of a kit as Her so why would you rework it?

welp, rework ideas have the time they deserve - which is almost nothing unless it is something really brief and sharp and widely recognized as needed.
