In PBE, Ryze's W AP ratio increases from 20% to 60%
Anyone wants to guess the description of this buff in the Patch Notes? Something aside "Ryze could be a little bit stronger right now".

ryze fares pretty well against melees right now so we're giving him the tools to shit on them harder
That buff will more than likely help bad Ryzes more than good ones. Good ones don't use that spell for dmg as much since they sometimes hold it for the shield proc or to escape/chase.
Its a bad buff because it makes him comboing you under turret with snare more obnoxious. His spell flux poking you for having the audacity to get near the minion wave is also annoying. "The dumpster" is where he belongs.
To be fair it's something for the dumpster fire that was Ryze after they nerfed him on repeat.
