Can this be a thing?

Can we get an ability called Extreme Summoner? It would take a summoner spell and enhance it. So like, ignite could do a bunch more damage or just activate on more targets, same idea for exhaust and heal. Flash could gain more distance or another use. Tp and cleanse could also get another use. Smite could get more damage. Ghost could make you speedy speed boy. Barrier could be the big shield.
