"We, Rito games, have decided that the optimal League of Legends experience for the ranked environment should be dynamic queue. We feel that if we bring in solo Q that the ranked environment would be too fair and we can't allow that to happen. So starting today we have retired solo Q. Don't worry you'll be able to remember your fond memories of solo Q with this new icon. You can get this icon by having at least 100 games of solo Q played at the time of this post. Don't worry solo Q was never released so no one gets the icon anyways."
