I don't think anyone in the game has hit honor level 3 yet. Pretty sure it's just a conspiracy meant to try to make us less toxic. There actually aren't any rewards because honor level 3 doesn't exist. What a time to be alive.

tl;dr: Honor level 3 is like unicorns and Halflife 3.

it is pretty hard i regularly get 1-3 honor and i have yet to hit 3. No there not premades
