Unbalanced players

hi. i play in EUaN server . i don't know why , in all games team players unbalanced . sometimes my teams are strong and get Easy win in 20min or sometimes enemy teams defeat us in 20m . realy unblaanced players . we can not play a one normal game.. for example Most of the times 3-4 players gold or highes mmr with me and enemy team has unranked or low mmr players and conversely.
