Zilean Passive Changes:
OLD - REMOVED - TIME IN A BOTTLE
INNATE: Zilean generates 2 / 3.5 / 5 / 6 / 12 experience (does not count towards level up) every 5 seconds.
NEW - NERFWINDER Should Zilean recieve any nerfs, he rewinds the state of the game back to the previous patch.
Also, every 3 autoattacks will deal bonus magic damage.
