Overwatch workshop styled new gamemode

So i've just seen the League gamemode ask riot, and saw a question where it asked if you would ever be able to play urf in custom games. Then i thought to myself: Wait Overwatch litterally has a in game gamemode coding program, so of course you could get permanent urf, but imagine permanent urf without FLF (Full Lifesteal ) or What's Leblanc anymore () . And like you could get proper 1v1 with differing rules or hide and seek. but no map editor, or a map editor with a Riot approval and bugtesting system?

I was wondering if it could ever happen and if it would be a problem with it's inclusion, and the fact the Blizzard would sue?
