Sadism no longer costs health to cast

Taking lethal damage while Chronobreak is ready to cast automatically casts it regardless of whether Ekko is CCed.

Make it Rain! now deals physical damage dealing 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 250% bAD) damage over its duration.

Paddle Star does 1 more damage

Wind slash can crit
