i think dis is more about having tiny hitbox support than a tanky support. 
is squishy but also has rly big hitbox for kali R to name one.
You usually want to use your ult to peel your support anyways.
You think its hard to focus raka now, but when she can go invulnerable with a gap closer? Yeesh.

You seem to think that kali is more effective with tanks, that's actually a common misconception by people who don't fully understand the scope of her ult. In reality squishy champs are actually just as good if not better because if they're squishy that means they're designed to instead do massive amounts of damage and then when they're just about dead be pulled out by her ult to a nice escape.
