Maximum traps increased from 3/3/4/4/5 to 5 all ranks

Root duration increased from 1.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds all ranks

R: Ace in the Hole

Range increased from 2000/2500/3000 to Global all ranks

New Effect Ace in the Hole can no longer be blocked
