This is fine. Coming back after years of not playing and still having the same MMR is fun, it is like saving your progress and coming back to a game much later in your life!
That's the current Missions situation in EUNE.
Not just ranked, every mode :D
This is actually admirable, it's not easy to get a terrible coding for everything, even if you're that bad.
So in other words, absolutely nothing has changed. Riot still wilfully ignores the real problems with the game while pissing around with superfluous bullshit.
