If she is busted in competitive and get olafed by then, probably.

Tbh I can see her being really strong there.

Actually, I'd say Neeko is gonna be very popular in Worlds 2019, with good aoe damage and a very high skill cap. I could be wrong tho, will have to see depending on how she turns out.
