That gif is incredibly dishonest when the person has 120 Stars and the Endless Staircase shouldn't be doing that.
Funnily enough, that also summarizes many of the players who complain most about the climb. They intentionally spin their tires in place and pretend to not be making any momentum, then blame it on Riot.
