What? but but... Actually, the 2nd rule of MOBA's is "the things that are strong are the things people don't play against." (1st is "Balance at all times is impossible.") Ashe is extremely under picked which means MANY people lack experience in playing against her making her an extremely effective "surprise" pick, although if she's in bronze four, well i have little hope at that point anyway.
