I get shit all the time for going Vayne jungle until I snowball lanes and carry when necessary. It was decent with Feral Flare, but now with Trailblazer-Devourer it is simply OP. The DPS is out of hand and you can build Randuin if you need to tank or just go straight for IE or BORK after jungle item, in which case the enemy's fear is real.
Vayne jungle. Believe.
Lee Sin counterpick. Say hello to never-ending invades, anti-stealth reveals, and dragon kicks to the face.
I'd be impressed if you made it to mid-game as jungle Vayne against a good Lee Sin.
Ganks are to be desired with her, clear time issues are great and she risks her own like in ganking with low health, has almost no escapes if she decides to engage and can be counterganked and counterjungled easily.
I mean she is doable, but far from beign powerful.
