Janna Janna's E is now a skillshot. As is her R. Both can hit enemy champions as well. Both require 5 seconds of channeling. The healing and shielding values are also reduced by 60%, except on enemy champions.

Gnar Gnar is now forbidden from buying Frozen Mallet.

Darius Darius now has triple damage, 900 range, and automatically does true damage against all marksmen.

Kalista Kalista's passive jump is removed.

Karthus Karthus's ultimate now bypasses all invulnerability effects

KogMaw Kog'maw's AP and AD scalings are removed. Yes, even on his Autos. He is also forbidden from buying BorK. And his attack speed is permanently locked at 0.5.

Malzahar Malzahar is reverted, then removed.

Mordekaiser Mordekaiser's base move speed is increased to 400.

Orianna Orianna's ultimate now heals the enemy team. And applies no CC.

Tristana Tristana's Q, W, E, and R are all removed. And her passive is negated.

Xayah Xayah is no longer allowed to press E. But we're nice, so we'll let her finally attack wards. But only wards.


Class updates!

Assassins can now automatically one-shot ADCs by landing literally any ability on them, regardless of whether or not said ability would normally do damage. Any marksman that dares to attack their assassin overlords now automatically receives 50k pure damage and heals the assassin by the same.

Mages all automatically gain 1000 AP, and start with Morellonomicon's stats as a second passive. All items mages can buy have 5 times the normal AP. Duskblade is now an AP item, as is Guardian Angel.

Marksmen can now only attack minions. And only minions. They hit as hard as a melee minion at level 1. They also are now melee. And have the same stats as a minion...You know what? Fuck it. All marksmen are now just odd-looking melee minions.

Tanks Now take only 1% of all incoming damage.

Juggernauts Are incapable of being kited. Your champion now freezes in place when one walks towards you. Global range.

Enchanters entire kits are now skill shots (for an example, see Janna's kit above).

Instead of making guardian angel AP, it should be making Maw AP. And also deleting the AD version.

Soraka spends twice as much health and heals the enemy team with her ultimate

Twitch loses his bow and becomes an actual rat with 1 hp that's worth 1500 gold when killed

Zoe gives enemies summoner spells if she lands Q, base damage is now 1/2/3/4/5

Ahri now randomly sneezes and her sneeze removes enemy champions from the game if nearby. Boobs are now 9x bigger

Fiora has 1 move speed and uses a tin foil

Ezreal is now a girl and all her abilities heal enemies

[sg-lux-2] I don't get the Kalista one. Her passive jump is the most cancerous part of her kit and the reason she's a balance nightmare.

It's not even a very funny joke. Yes, the GP&B Boards demands some ludicrous nerfs/buffs at times, but I feel their demands are usually reasonable. Malzahar's rework was a failure, Orianna has been a top-tier mid in pro games for a while, Tristana is breaking the game due to how good ADC itemization is (and I like Tristana), Xayah's E was a mistake with how much burst damage it gives her access to, Kog'Maw is in a very awkward spot as a late-game monster that has to compete with early-game beasts, and I could keep going on.

The new Runes haven't exactly helped the state of things. It's a chaotic mess of random buffs and nerfs. People are trying to help Riot straighten things out since not even Riot seems to know what their changes do.

Just saying: Give GP&B a little slack for at least trying.
