In general you dont go near any "duelists" like 
, unless they are at 20% health (actually they sometime kill you with that.
But most annoying counter in the jungle role is, he out damages and out heals you, too much aoe that messes up your clone mind tricks, you q over a wall to escape he goes though it to follow, and the worst thing is his ult it completely counters your "bail out with q" strategy when dueling.
Bot Main:
Counter: Any ADC that doesn't have to reload.
People ask me why I start with

with Jhin. The reload is why. I need the AP for my Q so I can farm better. Plus The Dark Seal is helpful for a good run since you get stacks with kills/assists, and since my favorite finishing move is to flash Q low health enemies as they run away, it makes sure they don't survive. At least, it should.

Do not, I repeat, do not ignore her auto-attacks. If she has a corrupting potion and builds a Nashor's tooth, she'll more or less immediately have the auto damage of an AD champion, but with self-peel and cc. You should expect to take E+Q and four autos any time you try to hard engage a Lulu if she has all of her abilities.
Also never play Illaoi or you're going to lose.
No, I mean it, it is the most one-sided lane matchup I've ever seen.

Soft Counters: Anyone with decently ranged abilities and the common sense to not get close to me.
Hard counters:
- Range for days, and if played right I will never get close enough to stun her with my ult.
- Can poke for days, and passive ensures that I will lose any war of mana attrition.
- Passive makes approach difficult and makes an already easy to read champ, kindergarten level literature.
- Passive negates upfront burst and has a kit with decent range.

Hard counters, anything that dodges ulti, ignores ulti, (tenacity stacking galore) , ignores slows ( ), anything with gapclosers, more range, high burst and those like Grag that have a skillshot that must be dodged but cannot be dodged without a movement ability.
