Uzi played Neeko as Bot lane "ADC"....

I just had a neeko adc on my team on my first ever game at ranked. They banned my support main pyke, so I was left with thresh (which I was ok at). But the neeko adc on my team just wouldn't do ANYTHING to help, only poke them with the q, never rooted or ulted half the time. Thanks to that, I am now iron iv... I am already taking a break from the game, for about a week due to that.

She is actually kind of busted with attack speed because of her w passive having an insanely high base damage at 5. It is pretty much a full lichbane proc with a deathcap every 3 autos. New rageblade is basically made for her that passive proc gets sped up just like Vayne's silver bolts except she actually benefits from both the armor and magic pen if you build her onhit/adc. People have been off building her like that since the first day she got on the PBE. Probably not as good as just ap nuke Neeko with Glacial Augment because her ability numbers are so out of whack but it isn't like it doesn't synergize with her kit.

It's not awful if you have the right support for it.
I played a game as Leona supporting it and it was was kind of funny we had about 2.5 seconds of cc in which they would sit inside her q bounces. It got the the point where we could 1 combo most of the enemy team pretty quickly.

it is a bit like with Zyra... and trust me. Zyra bot IS op. well unless the supp decides to buy first item ardent still. My teammates were so eager to flame me for picking her.. until.. xd

thing is, she has a nice burst and poke early, w-e slow ftw, then plants auto-attack for a nice damage - a bit less than a proper adc yet.. and ofc she keeps poke with q and e - the main problem are the w charges

and that damage goes through armor (and can be close to true)

and is 575 range

and R is serk

and no one expects her go proper dps

  Neeko's Q is much like old zyra's one, w is different k, e is same, r as well (neeko's one is a bit better for she has no plants)

so... yeah neeko we will meet quite often in the time to come :p

#Well, Dark Souls 3 was less painful than this. Time to go on NG++!
