I know I'm only silver, and I know higher tier players might disagree as they are better than I am but having a who sits back until 6 and could even be 0-3 will hit 6 with 50 stacks and be able too duel most anyone. I know he is ment to be a late game carry but when his early to mid is that strong the games never go long enough. Myself and a few of my mates just don't like to go into a promo game where no one bans and then the enemy team first picks him so we lose. I would recommend converting him back to what he was as he was balanced out with his weaknesses and strengths being highlighted and not just stupid from 6 onward.
