imagine you work as a tech support and you have a guy like this who clearly doesnt read what you write him and constantly talks about totally different stuff (like him having to solve riots problems etc) i mean what do you do? you cant just say "if all you wanna do is exist in your own dream world where you only see what you want to see then fuck off please" and you cant offer help because his brain just blends it out as this is not something he wants to see.
